Delete my Aura account

You can delete your account at any time, from the app or directly from this page.

1. From the app

Open Aura and go to the Profil (Profile) tab.
Tap Supprimer mon compte (Delete my account).
Enter your password and the word SUPPRIMER, then confirm.

Super administrators: a super administrator account cannot be deleted from the app or from this website. Please contact the publisher at assistance@odrey.dev.

2. What is deleted and what is kept

Deletion is immediate and permanent: your account cannot be recovered afterwards.

What is permanently deleted

your sign-in account (email address and password);
your profile: full name, student ID, class year, preferences and the personal code used for your profile QR code;
your profile photo;
your group memberships;
your comments and likes on announcements;
your notifications;
your friend requests;
your class year change requests;
your class representative rank, if you have one;
the private conversations you take part in, with all their messages.

What is kept anonymously

messages you posted in groups and class year channels;
announcements you published;
course resources you published.

These items stay visible to other members so that group discussions and class resources are not broken. Their author is then shown as “Deleted account”: they are no longer linked to you or to any account.

3. Delete my account from this page

Sign in with your Aura account's email address and password. Your credentials are sent directly to Aura's authentication service (Supabase); nothing is stored in your browser.

4. Forgotten password or unable to sign in

Use Mot de passe oublié (Forgot password) on the app's sign-in screen: you will receive a code by email to choose a new password, and you can then delete your account.
Otherwise, email assistance@odrey.dev from your account's email address, saying that you want it deleted. Deletion is carried out within 30 days.
